Trip to Museo della Mente.

As a conclusion to our Abnormal Psychology class we visited Il Museo Laboratorio della Menta (the Museum of the Mind) in Rome. Here is the link the museum: http://www.museodellamente.it/en/

Throughout class we have been talking about Italy's mental health reforms. What is the best way to treat the mentally ill? Is it possible to treat without depriving individuals of their liberty?

An excerpt from Mind the Gap.

This is a clip from the documentary called "Mind the Gap" that details the treatment of the mentally ill in Europe.
